Despa Lab members present, win awards at UK's Rising Stars Symposium

Members of the Despa Labs at all stages in their careers participated and presented in the University of Kentucky's 2nd Annual Rising Stars Symposium. Dr. Nirmal Verma, Dr. Sathya Velmurugan, Dr. Deepak Kotiya, Dr. Vivek Pandey, Dr. Ravichandra Davargaon, and Mr. Noah Leibold all presented posters highlighting their recent research. 

Dr. Deepak Kotiya's poster presentation won 1st place in the Staff category, followed by Dr. Sathya Velmurugan's poster which won 2nd place. Additionally, Dr. Nirmal Verma's poster presentation placed 2nd in the Faculty category.
